All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class 'signed for'.

All international orders are subject to customs + duty fees collected upon delivery. The duty rate may vary depending on your county of residence. For further information on customs + duty fees in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. By placing an order with ma space design, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during the shipment process.

Our policy lasts 14 days. Any damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the product. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
Gift cards are exempt from being returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
